• To keep our offerings fresh and exciting, the item list may evolve slightly, but we always ensure your scoop is packed with value and charm. 

How Your Chance Unfolds:

1. Your Wish, Our Command: Simply select your desired number of scoops and add any preferences (like favorite hues or items to avoid) in your order notes. 
2. The Magic Begins! Once your order is confirmed (Yay!), we start curating your special chance. Please allow up to one week for us to prepare your order. 
3. The Reveal: We use a charming method where we scoop mixed beads. Each bead's color and shape mysteriously determine the unique treasures you'll receive! Imagine: three hot pink flow beads could transform into three cute bracelets!

A Few Important Details:

• Sticky Fun: Our Taba Squishes are designed to be delightfully sticky for stress relief and play. 
• Age Recommendations: For safety, all items, including squishes, are recommended for ages 12 and up. 
• Bracelet sizing: Most bracelets are 6.5-7 inches, with some offering adjustable sizing. 

Our Promise & Policies:

• All Sales Final: Due to the surprise nature of our scoops, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you didn't receive specific items your hoped for. If you do need to return something, shipping costs are your responsibility and are at the discretion of Chance & Charms.
• Shipping Surprises: Chance & Charms cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once shipped. Please contact USPS directly with the tracking concerns. If a package is returned to us, we'll do our best to reconnect and reship. Otherwise, a refund will be issued. If tracking shows delivered, we're unable to assist further. 
• Quick Changes: You have a 30-minute window to cancel your order after placing it. After that, your order is final. 
• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address! You can update it until your order is fulfilled. We cannot be responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
